Privacy Policy
As a website operator, we also process personal data. In the following, we would like to give you an overview of this processing as well as your rights and other important information that must be provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data recording on our website
Visiting our website is usually possible without directly providing personal data. You do not have to register with your name etc. when you visit. However, there are also situations iwhich personal data is processed. This is described below.
If you enter your data in our contact form (usually your contact details and your wishes for us), we process this data - and exclusively - for the purpose of processing your request. The data is required for this purpose.
If the data for contacting you is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or if a contract with you is to be concluded, this results in the lawfulness of the data processing (Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). If it remains with mere contact, this results from the protection of legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Because answering your request is in our interest and you have made this request, so we can assume that you have nothing against this processing.
However, there is also data that you automatically transmit to us when you visit our website. On the one hand, this is your IP address. Without the IP address we cannot display the website in your browser. Furthermore, you or your browser transmit the so-called referrer when you access our website via a link. Here we can see which link you clicked on. You can prevent this by not accessing our site via a link, i.e. clicking on a link, but by entering the site directly in the browser. You also send us technical data about your browser and your computer: Which browser, which operating system you use, how big your monitor is, etc.
On the one hand, we process this data (the IP address) in order to be able to display the website to you. On the other hand, we log the websites accessed (your IP address is shortened and thus made anonymous) in order to statistically evaluate visits and improve our site: Which areas of our website are popular, which less. We also evaluate the referrer in this way in order to optimize advertising linked to our website. Especially with the referrer, it may be that your personal data is included and thus transmitted to us. We have no influence on this and do not evaluate this data on a personal basis. Showing you the website and also optimizing the website is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
We also do not pass on your data to third parties. However, there are some exceptions here:
- You have asked us to pass on the data (Article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, possibly also (Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR)),
- You have asked us for something for which it is necessary to pass on the data (Article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, possibly also Article 6 (1) lit. b GDPR),
- it is necessary for legitimate interest to pass on the data. In this case, our data protection officer will consider whether you might have something against it. If you have no objection according to the usual discretion, we may also pass on the data (Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). An example is a criminal attack on our servers. Here we are allowed to pass on the chronologically relevant excerpts of the log files to the investigating authorities. The only one who will object here is the criminal attacker. And criminals are not protected in their actions.
- And there is the exception that we are required by law to transfer the data. (Article 6 (1) lit. c GDPR)
In general, this entire processing takes place within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation and the data protection law of the Federal Republic of Germany. A transfer of your personal data to a third country or an international organization does not take place and is not planned.
We would like to ask you not to provide us with more data than is necessary for the matter in question. This helps us to comply with the principle of data minimization and purpose limitation. Data that is not (or no longer) required for a matter is always promptly deleted.
Please note that we endeavor to secure all types of data transmissions using SSL encryption. Our website can be reached via SSL (https). However, this security is not complete, so that the risk of unintentional disclosure of data cannot be completely ruled out.
Automatic decision-making such as profiling does not take place.

The credit report can contain probability values (so-called score values). As far as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical process. You have the right to have incorrect data corrected and unlawfully processed data deleted immediately at any time. Furthermore, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if, on the one hand, the continuation of the processing is no longer lawful but, on the other hand, immediate deletion does not appear necessary (e.g. if the correctness is disputed, but this still has to be checked).
