6-Week Microdosing Program

Structured support for your microdosing journey

Microdosing can be a powerful tool for gaining clarity, emotional balance, creativity, and a deeper connection to life—but only when approached with the right mindset, structure, and support. In this six-week program, I work with you to establish a personalized microdosing protocol and support you through the full arc of the experience, from preparation to integration.

We begin with a free discovery meeting to explore your goals and determine if this program is the right fit. The first official session includes an in-depth assessment of your life situation, emotional state, and desired outcomes. Based on this, we choose a microdosing protocol that suits your rhythm and needs—whether it’s the Fadiman method, Stamets stack, or a personalized variation—and set intentions for the coming weeks.

The microdosing period itself spans four weeks. During this time, we’ll meet weekly for coaching sessions to reflect on your experiences, track subtle changes, and explore emerging themes or challenges. You’ll also receive tools for journaling, intention setting, and self-awareness practices to deepen the process.

After the microdosing cycle is complete, we’ll meet for one final integration session to consolidate your insights and support you in bringing what you’ve learned into daily life.
