My Methodology
A personalized, grounded approach
Every session is carefully tailored to your individual situation. My starting point is always to understand you - your questions, concerns, and intentions - and to create a relationship based on trust, clarity, and psychological safety.
Rather than applying a fixed protocol, I work responsively, meeting you where you are and adjusting the process to your needs and readiness. The aim is not to push change, but to support the conditions in which insight, stability, and inner orientation can develop naturally.
Experience across therapeutic approaches
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of therapeutic and coaching approaches, from structured cognitive-behavioral methods to more open, client-centered forms of inquiry.
This breadth of experience allows me to move flexibly between structure and openness, depending on what is supportive in a given moment. Some situations call for clear frameworks and guidance, others for spaciousness, presence, and careful listening.
An integrated way of working
My approach to coaching and guiding psychedelic sessions is grounded in psychology, therapy, coaching, meditation, and breathwork. It is also shaped by more than 25 years of personal and professional experience working with altered states of consciousness.
Psychedelics, when included, are approached as part of a broader process - not as solutions in themselves. Preparation, pacing, and integration are essential elements of the work, helping insights become embodied rather than remaining isolated experiences.
Shared responsibility and commitment
Regardless of the program you choose, I remain present and involved throughout the process, offering guidance, containment, and support.
At the same time, meaningful change is always a shared responsibility. It depends on your own motivation, honesty, and willingness to engage with what arises, both during sessions and in everyday life.
Ongoing learning and refinement
I stay closely connected to current research in psychedelic therapy and positive psychology and continue to develop my work through training, supervision, and personal exploration.
As I learn from my clients and from ongoing practice, I regularly refine my methods - not to follow trends, but to ensure that the work remains relevant, responsible, and deeply human.
