Facilitator Training Program

This training is designed for those who feel called to facilitate psychedelic experiences in a safe, ethical, and grounded way. It combines scientific understanding, personal experience, and supervised practice within a fully personalized, one-on-one learning trajectory that prepares you for real-world facilitation.

The program is individual — you can begin at any time, and the pace and structure are adapted to your background, availability, and learning goals. Together, we design a clear pathway that supports both your professional development and your personal growth.

The training is deeply experiential. You will participate in two guided psychedelic sessions — one individual and one group — to gain firsthand understanding of the terrain you will later help others navigate. You will also co-facilitate one retreat and lead one supervised session, taking full responsibility for screening, preparation, and integration coaching with real clients.

The curriculum covers the full spectrum of psychedelic facilitation:

• History and pharmacology

• Psychological screening and trauma awareness

• Creating safe and ethical settings

• Somatic and energetic awareness

• Facilitation for individual and group processes

• Integration, neuroplasticity, and microdosing cycles

• Developing maturity, presence, and self-awareness

Throughout the training, you receive personal mentorship and one-on-one supervision, allowing you to integrate your unique strengths, experience, and personality into an authentic facilitation style.

Who the training is for

This program is open to anyone who feels a genuine calling to work with psychedelics in a conscious and responsible way. I especially invite psychologists, therapists, coaches, and professionals from related fields, as well as experienced individuals from other paths of personal or spiritual development who wish to deepen their understanding and learn how to facilitate this work safely and ethically.

Whether your background is therapeutic, coaching-oriented, or holistic, the training is designed to meet you where you are — supporting your personal and professional growth into an authentic, grounded facilitator.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate in Psychedelic Facilitation, Integration, and Microdosing Coaching.
While this is not an official license — as no formal licensing structure currently exists in Europe — graduates will be qualified to facilitate psychedelic sessions responsibly and ethically within applicable legal frameworks.
