Facilitator Training Program
This training is designed for those who want to facilitate psychedelic experiences in a safe, ethical, and psychologically grounded way, and who take responsibility for the impact this work has on others.
The program combines scientific understanding, personal experience, and supervised practice within a fully individualized learning trajectory. You work one-on-one with me throughout the process, allowing the training to be adapted to your background, availability, and learning goals.
There is no fixed start date. The pace and structure are tailored to you, while maintaining clear professional standards.
Experiential and practice-oriented learning
This training is deliberately experiential. In addition to theoretical foundations, you gain direct, supervised experience with the full facilitation process.
The program includes:
-
two guided psychedelic experiences - one individual and one group
-
participation in one retreat as co-facilitator
-
one supervised facilitation, including full responsibility for screening, preparation, and integration coaching
This allows you to develop embodied understanding, not just conceptual knowledge.
Curriculum overview
The training covers the full spectrum of responsible psychedelic facilitation, including:
-
history, context, and pharmacology
-
psychological screening and trauma awareness
-
ethics, boundaries, and legal frameworks
-
creating safe and supportive settings
-
somatic awareness and working with the body
-
facilitation of individual and group processes
-
integration, neuroplasticity, and microdosing cycles
-
developing presence, maturity, and self-awareness as a facilitator
Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on discernment, responsibility, and integration, rather than technique alone.
Mentorship and supervision
Ongoing one-on-one mentorship and supervision are central to this training. This allows you to integrate your personal strengths, experience, and personality into an authentic facilitation style, while receiving honest feedback and professional guidance.
The aim is not to create copies, but to support the development of grounded, self-aware facilitators who can work responsibly within their own context.
Who this training is for
This program is suitable for:
-
psychologists, therapists, and counselors
-
coaches and facilitators working with personal development
-
experienced practitioners from contemplative or somatic disciplines
-
individuals with substantial personal experience who wish to work professionally
A background in psychology or therapy is helpful, but not mandatory. What matters most is emotional maturity, self-responsibility, and readiness to work ethically and carefully with others.
Certification and professional context
Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate in Psychedelic Facilitation, Integration, and Microdosing Coaching.
This certificate is not a formal license, as no standardized licensing framework currently exists in Europe. Graduates are, however, trained to facilitate psychedelic processes responsibly and ethically within applicable legal and professional frameworks.
